Portfolio | St. Anthony Park

Remodeling, Saint Paul, Minnesota. The owner of this lovely 1920's house in St. Paul, a commercial architect, did not want to "experiment" on his own home. Instead, he and his wife looked to Albertsson Hansen for their expertise in residential design. The space of the existing tiny kitchen was converted into a 1/2 bath and pantry, while a small addition to the back provides space for an efficient new kitchen. Space for a new bedroom was created upstairs. The charming original sunroom was retained and updated as an extension of the living space.
