New Residence, Mendota Heights, Minnesota. The traditional yet modern feel of the work of Albertsson Hansen was the inspiration for this homeowner to build a new house for herself and her three children. The main floor features an open floor plan with service spaces hidden between the kitchen and garage. Upstairs, the charming children's rooms have dormers and lots of places to play. The laundry space is central to the bedroom level, with clever two-way, pass-through cabinets, making it easier for all members of the family to help out.
