This new residence is the first of three structures designed as a retirement home and a gathering place for family and friends. Designed for a densely wooded lot on a secluded lake, the main residence, future shared garage/painting studio, and a guest cottage are oriented along the lake shore to take advantage of unique lake views. Composed of familiar northwoods log home forms and details, each structure is designed with a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces and contemporary conveniences to accommodate remote year-round living.
